When will the update be released?
We’re as keen to get this out as you are, but we don’t have a timeframe on the release yet. When we're confident it has reached our standards of quality and performance, we’ll share a date.

Why has this release taken so long?
We’re a small team and we’re passionate about what we’re building. Getting that right for us and our community takes time and sometimes significant course corrections. Something didn’t feel right, so we pulled on the string to see where it would take us.
We saw a better path forward, but it meant resetting our development timeline and canning completed work on the v1.1 Selections and Transform tool.
It’s a big set of changes and we’re getting closer every day. The new release has evolved so significantly we’re naming it Procreate Dreams 2. It solves a lot of things fans of the app are asking for — like pixel-precise drawing at all scales.
We’re confident this is the right direction and will give us the runway to release future updates, like QuickShape, much faster.
How much will it cost?
As always, it will be a free update.
Will my existing projects work in Procreate Dreams 2?
Yes, all existing .drm files will work in Procreate Dreams 2. We’ll make this migration as smooth as possible, and if you run into any trouble, our support team will be ready to help you out.
