We're looking for a Product Quality Specialist to join our team here in Hobart. You'll form a deep understanding of the software and how it works and have the opportunity to test it on a daily basis.
The role.
We support millions of users around the world and we strive to provide personalised support to every user. You'll need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to understand people and the nature of their problems.
This role sits within the Product team and reports directly to the Head of Product Care, Aimee Sorell. You'll work directly with other Product Quality Specialists, Customer Support Specialists and Engineers.
You'll work with the rest of the Product Quality team to ensure the unwavering quality and reliability of Procreate.
What you'll do.
- Logging and resolving technical bugs.
- Learning and testing new and existing software
- Working closely with Software Testers, Engineers and Designers to understand technical issues and form timely solutions
- Test Procreate software on a variety of Apple devices and OS versions to ensure consistent user experiences.

- Experience with Apple hardware/software
- Analytical in approach and solution oriented
- Self-starter with ability to drive own workflow
- Organised and methodical in approach to tasks
- Experience in a similar role in a technical environment
- Attention to detail and genuine passion for user experience
- Interest and ability in video editing/creation
- Familiarity with a range of software and platforms including, App store, Procreate Folio, Shortcut, Xcode and various social media channels
